In the latest update of Overwatch's characters, the junk shooting, combo tank, Roadhog has had his Hook ability nerfed to fix the problem of Roadhogs dragging players through walls too often  and dragging players over cliffs.

The hook has been described as "a sphere that searches for targets as it travels and catches anything it finds along the way", this means that the hook will only trap things in its path rather than anything the Roadhog would look at whilst the animation occurs.

It will also drag players right to you instead of dragging players at a velocity that will send them flying past the Roadhog, fixing the hooking-off-cliffs problem.
